TA Triumph-Adler are THE specialists in the document business. We provide analysis and tailor-made consulting for business customers and put an efficient document workflow in place, in both paper and electronic form, all backed up by an ongoing service throughout.

TA Triumph-Adler concepts and solutions are the first choice for optimising processes and whenever professional users manage, print, photocopy, fax, present or archive documents. This is because as market leader in Germany and increasingly in the international arena too, we set the standard in providing analysis and consulting, in the products we offer and in the follow-up service we provide.

Direct sales, specialist trade support and service

Our operating business is built around boosting the efficiency of our commercial end customers. Over 450 document consultants support more than 35,000 mostly medium-sized customers, operating out of 50 locations. 1,500 of these customers are major enterprises and institutions that work with TA Consulting across Europe. Our subsidiary UTAX deals exclusively with the reseller trade. UTAX currently caters for more than 300 domestic and foreign resellers. Our own-brand products are currently manufactured predominantly by our strategic partner Kyocera Mitta, a worldwide leading manufacturer of innovative technology for office communication.

The independently run service unit is particularly important for both new and follow-up business. 500 in-house system supporters and logistics specialists look after more than 200,000 systems. This nationwide, rapid, reliable, round-the-clock service means we are closer to the customer than our competitors.
The satisfaction of our customers is illustrated, for example, by the fact that more than 80% of them opt in favour of TA Triumph-Adler again after their initial maintenance contracts (which last an average of 45 months) expire.

We advise our customers on selecting and setting up efficient solutions whenever they want to professionally and electronically produce their work on paper or when they seek to electronically store and archive documents that exist in paper form. We ensure their technology is highly reliable and constantly available, and we also offer them the potential to cut costs and to be able to calculate costs with certainty.
The co-operation with Kyocera Mita means we can secure long-term competitive purchasing conditions and it provides us with strategic opportunities to tap into new customer segments and new markets.
The new generations of devices will soon enable us to achieve a similar market significance in the new and rapidly growing market segments for colour technology and multi-function devices as we enjoy in our traditional domain of black-and-white technology.
