TA Triumph-Adler adds another accolade to the numerous awards it has already won, this time with a certificate for service quality from TÜV Süd.

Nuremberg, May 26, 2011 - Good service is the key to popularity and success. The same is true in document management - nobody wants to be left waiting for engineers or toner to arrive. Good service is worth its weight in gold. At TA Triumph-Adler we take service quality seriously, and there is no greater authority on good service than TÜV.

The TÜV certification seal of approval

TÜV Süd certification for the service quality of TA Triumph-Adler Professional Services GmbH, the specialist in the document business, covers the entire document workflow in both paper and electronic form - including printing, faxing, copying, scanning and the digital organisation of documents.

During the certification period, TÜV Süd spent a number of weeks in the service centre in Schwerin and in various Solution Centres throughout Germany, viewing them with the same critical and uncompromising eye as the customers of TA Triumph-Adler. Everyday work practices, employee involvement and the interfaces to logistics and sales were all subjected to a thorough assessment during the certification process and passed with flying colours.

Award-winning qualities

The company has won numerous awards recently - including the "Initiative Mittelstand" IT Innovation Award and a best-in-category ranking in the Best Marketing Company Award. However, what makes TÜV certification unique is the fact that it is judged from the customer's perspective.

The core of the TA Triumph-Adler service offering is called JAMES. A subset of the product family, this innovative service concept for professional customer support from TA Triumph-Adler is currently attracting a great deal of critical acclaim. JAMES is special not only because it is a separate brand, but also because of the number of accolades it has received. The concept qualified for the German "Industriepreis 2011" award thus earned a place in the "IT-Bestenliste" list of top solutions along with the other TA Triumph-Adler solutions KIRK (Managed Print Service) and TOM (Total Output Management).
