Red carpet for TA Triumph-Adler Corporate Consulting.

Document business specialist is official supplier of the 22nd European Film Awards

Sir Ben Kingsley will be attending, Anke Engelke will host the event and filmmaker Michael Haneke will also put in an appearance - the stars of the European film industry will gather for the European Film Awards in the Jahrhunderthalle in Bochum. At the event to be held on Saturday 12th December 2009, the European Film Academy (EFA) will be presenting awards in a total of 17 categories. TA Triumph-Adler Corporate Consulting GmbH (TA-CCO) will equip the production office and the accreditation counters with professional hardware to ensure that information is processed quickly and securely during the ceremony.

Bonn/ Bochum, 10th December 2009 – The “European Oscar”, which the European Film Award is also known as. By supporting the awards ceremony, TA Triumph-Adler is further expanding its commitment to the cultural sector and to the creative industries. TA Triumph-Adler boasts a great deal of expertise as a supplier for international and major events, and is therefore the perfect partner for the organisers. The specialist for efficiency in the document business stands for reliability, a high degree of stability, comprehensive service and optimum integration of all the systems into the existing process structures, thus ensuring that everything runs smoothly and guaranteeing the success of the event. Social considerations are also an important impetus behind the company’s involvement. “During times of crisis it is particularly important to counteract negative news with other aspects of life that bring us pleasure,” explained Frank Eismann, Managing Director of TA-CCO. “Art and culture are a part of it. If our involvement helps with this then we have played an important part.”

TA Triumph-Adler has been involved with the film industry for many years. Over the company’s 113 year corporate history a few products have “played a role” in international film productions. The most recent example from the summer of 2009 was the dramatised documentary “Fräulein Stinnes fährt um die Welt” [Fräulein Stinnes Travels Around the World] which told the story of Clärenore Stinnes, the daughter of an industrial magnate from the Ruhr. She was the first person to drive around the world in a car – an Adler Standard 6. However, the company’s “film career” began back in 1979, when the insane author Jack Torrance, alias Jack Nicholson, took his personal demons out on a Triumph-Adler typewriter in Stanley Kubrick’s classic horror film "The Shining". Today, TA Triumph-Adler no longer produces typewriters – but the brand is still to be found in the modern office. The company is the German market leader in the document business sector. It analyses and advises business customers on an individual basis and ensures an efficient document workflow, both in electronic and paper form.
