A successful start to the new year:
TA Triumph-Adler Corporate Consulting on the fast track to success with several large projects
TA Triumph-Adler Corporate Consulting GmbH (TA-CCO) has had a dream start to 2010. The specialist for efficiency in the document business recently won a number of large projects and thus recorded total sales of approx. EUR 9 million in January.
Bonn, 3 February 2010 – Intasoft, a leading IT wholesale and service company, Sparkasse Gummersbach, IFN Finance GmbH and Stiftungsklinikum Bamberg are just some of the new customers who have opted for the IT solution provided by the Bonn-based TA Triumph-Adler subsidiary. In January, TA-CCO installed more than 1,400 additional systems – Machines in Field (MIF) – for its customers. In doing so, the company has helped to consolidate its parent company’s position as the market leader in document business in Germany, with over 200,000 installed systems. As a subsidiary of TA Triumph-Adler AG, which is based in Nuremberg, TA-CCO is responsible for the KAM (Key Account Management) business of the group throughout Germany. The key account experts specialise in providing support for key accounts having more than 300 employees, to whom they offer professional and comprehensive solutions for efficient document management.
“Even in large companies document management costs are incurred where you would least expect them”, says Frank Eismann, Managing Director of TA-CCO. “We identify these cost sinks for our customers.” This is done using the specially developed TOM (Total Output Management) consulting and analysis concept, with which TA Triumph-Adler carries out a detailed analysis of the existing cost structures. On this basis, the document consultants develop a concept for improving efficiency in document management that is tailored to the individual requirements of the customer. Furthermore, modernisation of the document workflow ensures greater transparency and enables employees to concentrate on their own core activities.
The Bonn-based document business specialist supplies all systems and consumables along with a comprehensive range of services: “The services we provide are fast becoming the main reason why customers are choosing us for their projects”, explains Eismann. With the unique‘James’ service concept, TA Triumph-Adler can tailor its service offering to individual customer requirements. The company is thus able to guarantee the prompt handling of all queries without any unnecessary red tape, round-the-clock service throughout Germany, consistent quality standards and fair, transparent pricing.
