Leading trade fair DMS brings experts and decision-makers together
TA Triumph-Adler sets the pace
29 September 2011. Cost efficiency and future-oriented process design were two of the main topics that brought over 11,000 visitors to DMS Expo in Stuttgart, which ran from 20 to 22 September 2011. DMS Expo is Europe’s leading trade fair and conference for enterprise content, output and document management.
For TA Triumph-Adler, DMS Expo was further proof that with the realignment of the company, new management and stronger emphasis on solution competence, the traditional brand has successfully anticipated future customer requirements and introduced the right solutions and services to the market. In 2011, the market leader in the document business was named as an IT innovator in the medium-sized enterprise sector and received the "Best Marketing Company Award" for its manufacturer-independent MPS concept "Kirk". The company has for a long time relied on its in-house expertise, with which customers in the DMS segment can not only make massive cost savings, but also optimise their processes and gain more time to concentrate on their core business.
Guiscardo Pin, COO of TA Triumph-Adler, has been guiding the company on the road to success since November 2010 and believes that his ambitious approach has paid off: “We are and remain the specialist in the document business. This demands that we not only precisely identify the needs of our customers, but also drive new development and act as innovators.” The COO also understands the importance of never losing sight of the guiding principles of TA Triumph-Adler. Intelligent services and products should make it easier for customers to run their businesses. This involves reducing administration costs, outsourcing tasks that are not part of the company’s core business and IT process optimisation. “Our task is to help our customers to increase sales and profits,” explains Pin. According to Pin, this is only possible when customers have time to concentrate fully on their core business. “We’ll look after the rest,” promises the COO of TA Triumph-Adler.
