Management and corporate culture play an important role at TA Triumph-Adler as success factors for the future. We are of the opinion that value-oriented business management not only reflects our civic responsibility but also tells our customers the orientation of their business partner TA Triumph-Adler. Moreover, it helps employees to find a meaning in the work that they do. As part of this, our corporate culture is subject to an ongoing adjustment and – where required – improvement process.
1. Market and competition
Our market is the document business. We are the market leaders in Germany. We want to consolidate this market position and grow more quickly than our competitors. We can reach this goal through organic growth, acquisitions and regional expansion.
Our customers are at the heart of the services we provide. We offer them comprehensive solutions for all document-related issues. We provide our services with the highest standards of professionalism, particularly in terms of quality and reliability. Our prices are fair and reasonable.
We do not want to measure ourselves according to the average or set the average as our target. We want to set the benchmarks and become the most profitable company in our market.

We are open and honest in our behaviour towards one another, respect other people and their opinions and never hit back at each other. We do not sweep errors and weaknesses under the carpet. We tolerate mistakes, and want to learn from them in order to improve. Constructive criticism helps us, we refrain from destructive criticism.
