Simplify your MPS – anywhere

With Kirk, the entire infrastructure of printers, copiers, fax machines and MFP devices in a company can be managed in a single web-based control centre, regardless of manufacturer, for the very first time. The TA Triumph-Adler solution thus reduces process costs and increases efficiency. Furthermore, TA Triumph-Adler is the only provider to offer a Managed Document Service (MDS) concept for all manufacturers and systems, extending far beyond the scope of a normal Managed Print Services (MPS) concept. The Kirk web application, the Cockpit, supplies all of the required information with just one single click – whether you’re in the office or on the road, on a tablet or on a smartphone.

Managing the Kirk Cockpit with just one single click

The Cockpit is integrated into the Kirk overall MDS system, where it functions as an intelligent control centre. It can be configured individually for the entire system landscape. It is controlled from a smart Accounting Box. The customer in this case is Captain Kirk, so there’s no need for outsourcing.

This innovative web application won a silver medal at the Annual Multimedia Award 2011 in Germany. This is the first time that the TA Cockpit itself has taken centre stage. The Kirk overall MDS concept, of which it is a component, won numerous awards in Germany in the last year, including the “Initiative Mittelstand” IT Innovation Award, best in category in the Best Marketing Company Award and inclusion in the “IT-Bestenliste” list of top solutions. There was one predominant reason for all of these accolades. In the opinion of the jury of experts, the new web application differs in terms of function, usability and design from competitor offerings and is a system that promises a great deal for the future.
