Managed Document Services from TA Triumph-Adler reduce costs in the healthcare sector

Hospitals are there to treat patients. Who wouldn't agree with this statement? TA Triumph-Adler GmbH is there to help hospitals. After one and a half years of co-operation with TA Triumph-Adler, the specialists in the document business, Bielemeier can report a positive result: "The analysis and forecast of the TA experts proved to be correct." With the TOM (Total Output Management) concept from the DMS experts in Nuremberg, processes now run much more smoothly than before – which is good news for patients.

This is the kind of feedback that André Polkowski, Sales Manager at TA Triumph-Adler Norddeutschland GmbH, likes to hear. +He is an expert in his field and his job is to support hospitals in particular in their efforts to improve their customer and patient focus: "Hospitals have to process enormous volumes of patient data and files efficiently and have this information readily available. And this comes despite our stipulation that the number of devices was not to be reduced," says the IT Manager, clearly pleased with the results.

Jürgen Marx, Commercial Director of the Sankt Elisabeth Krankenhaus in Kiel, has had an equally positive experience with the "DIDO" digital document management concept from TA Triumph-Adler: "It delivered what it promised. We made a good decision." When you have to juggle issues such as availability and tight time windows, you need a partner you can rely on.

For just over a year, the document management system from TA Triumph-Adler has been helping to ensure that patient files on paper can be digitised quickly and cost-effectively in the Kiel hospital. Even archiving will eventually lead to problems due to lack of space - costing both money and space that could be better used elsewhere.
