Software

The hardware box is accompanied by a special software.

This software records who, when, what and where a print or copy is produced and what it costs. Data concerning department or employee, file name, date, time, output system and costs can be stored automatically on request.

And best of all:
As soon as a print or copy job fails due to a malfunction, the optional copy control server can pass the job along to a another unit that is functioning properly. And of course an error message is transmitted immediately to a Solution Center.
