We have a clearly defined strategic objective.

We intend to consolidate our position as market leader through:

No other company in Germany has as many machines in the field as TA Triumph-Adler AG. We are growing faster than the market and winning market segments from our competitors, even in new business.

Our customers value the efficiency gains that they get through our unique consulting concept, nationwide presence and the patented ceramic technology of our strategic partner Kyocera Mita. This approach is proving successful for us, and it is one we intend to pursue. We will leverage additional potential through exports, colour technologies and the printer business, for example.

We will play an active role in the ongoing consolidation of the industry, and acquire suitable companies with an attractive portfolio of machine assets, both in Germany and in the markets of neighbouring countries. Where there are no suitable targets for acquisition abroad, we will establish our own subsidiaries if the underlying conditions are suitable.

Just as we are committed to achieving efficiency for our customers, we will also continually improve efficiency within our own company.

In addition to concentrating our energies on high-volume, high-margin markets and customer segments, we are reducing costs by optimising our sales, service and administration processes. While this is underway we are also continuing to optimise our group structure by merging adjacent companies into larger, more powerful and effective units, thereby reducing the number of independent companies.
