TA Triumph-Adler delivers solid results for document workflow

Document management is not a core competence of most IT departments. Around one third of all German companies therefore still do not have a suitable solution in place for the efficient handling of their documents. Many of them are simply unaware that traditional methods can quickly become cost sinks. TA Triumph-Adler AG, the document business specialist, offers solid concepts that allow companies to concentrate on their core activities. Costs for the faxing, printing and copying of documents alone can be reduced by up to 20 per cent. Nuremberg, May 26, 2010. State-of-the-art printer, copier and multi-functions systems are crucial for efficiency in the office. This is where the Nuremeberg-based company TA Triumph-Adler comes in. The document business specialist helps its customers to maximise this potential and offers comprehensive document management solutions. TA Triumph-Adler uses its own consulting and analysis concept TOM (Total Output Management) to analyse and realise the entire IT infrastructure of a company, developing an individual concept that ensures smooth and inexpensive workflow in document management.
It was this concept that particularly impressed the WEIS INDUSTRIES® GmbH & Co KG group of companies, based in Waiblingen. The document consultants from TA Triumph-Adler Baden-Württemberg GmbH provide standardised document management, taking into account the customer’s existing IT infrastructure. The starting point in this case was a successful test roll-out for one of the group’s subsidiaries, LTG AEROB® Air Engineering GmbH. The results formed the basis for a printing solution tailored to the specific requirements of the subsidiary, which attracted significant interest from the parent company, WEIS INDUSTRIES®. After a 12-month trial period, the document management solution was extended to the other subsidiaries in the group.

The TOM contract entered into by WEIS INDUSTRIES® with TA Triumph-Adler offers the company numerous benefits. By renting instead of buying the office systems, the group does not have to worry about capital being tied up, for example. The rental costs are included in the monthly page volume, for which the customer pays a fixed page price. A special feature in this case is that the page prices are invoiced directly to the individual subsidiaries. Each TA system has an Accounting Box, which notifies a designated person in the company or the TA Triumph-Adler service employee directly when toner or paper is low. “The outstanding flexibility of the solution was a major factor in our decision to enter into a long-term partnership with TA Triumph-Adler. Our system landscape, which we have converted entirely to colour printing, will stay up-to-date with the very latest technology throughout the term of the contract,” explains Gianluigi Porco, the responsible purchaser at WEIS INDUSTRIES® GmbH & Co. KG.
