27.10.2008: TA Triumph-Adler West opens three new offices in North Rhine-Westphalia

TA Triumph-Adler West GmbH is on the road to success with three new offices in Kaarst, Bocholt and Aachen. The TA Triumph-Adler AG subsidiary has taken over these locations from TA Triumph-Adler Corporate Consulting GmbH (TA-CCO). TA-CCO will henceforth focus on Key Account Management for the Group as a whole, while the new TA West organisation will take over around 2,000 of its medium-sized customers. The company will thus be providing support for a total of 4,200 customers in the area between Bielefeld and Aachen.

Dortmund, October 27, 2008 – The new TA West organisation has just had its first major success. Under the leadership of Managing Director Michael Masthoff, the document business specialists have signed a contract for its 22,222th output system in North Rhine-Westphalia. One of the key contributing factors in this success is the strong team focus within the organisation: “We always work in teams. Having industry-based teams allows us to consolidate specific expertise. We therefore have specialists in each area,” he explains. This offers numerous advantages for customers. Instead of just reacting, TA West can respond flexibly to customer requirements, explore new solutions and maintain close contact with the customer at all times.

Providing support for
an area covering approximately 34,000 square metres with around 17 million inhabitants in one of Germany’s most densely populated regions is a real challenge for the 110 employees of TA. Each TA West document consultant and service employee covers a distance of around 70,000 kilometres annually in order to provide customers with high-quality services and efficient solutions for their documentation. “We set ourselves high standards in our work. Our core business is medium-sized enterprises. We are the specialist in this sector when it comes to efficiency in the document business,” says Michael Masthoff.

Consulting, hardware and software are the three cornerstones of the company’s core activity. For this purpose, the TOM (Total Output Management) consulting and analysis concept developed by TA Triumph-Adler is used. With the aid of this concept, an analysis of the existing office equipment is carried out, unnecessary cost sinks identified and workflows are analysed, free of charge. Within the scope of this analysis, the document consultants determine the purchasing costs, the number of systems used, the consumables required per year and the internal processes, amongst other things. Using their findings and the customer’s specifications, they then develop a solution for an optimum workflow. TA Triumph-Adler applies the book values of the available hardware and existing contracts when drafting the solution. The available hardware is replaced directly by state-of-the-art and user-optimised proprietary systems. TA Triumph-Adler also provides full service, maintenance and financing for the systems, leaving the customer’s employees free to concentrate on their core competences.
