01.07.2008: TA Triumph-Adler Corporate Consulting expands in German cities/New service for key account customers
On July 1, 2008, TA Triumph-Adler Corporate Consulting GmbH (TA-CCO) opened new sales offices in Hamburg, Munich and Berlin. The company, which is headquartered in Bonn, is responsible for the Key Account Management business (KAM) of the parent company TA Triumph-Adler AG throughout Germany. Further consolidation in this segment will be achieved through the formation and expansion of additional subsidiaries. The sales offices in Bocholt, Aachen and Kaarst, which previously belonged to TA-CCO, are being affiliated to TA Triumph-Adler West GmbH. Regional project business will continue to be conducted here.
Bonn, June 30, 2008 – TA Corporate Consulting aims to significantly reduce document management costs for its key accounts. The approach adopted by the specialists for efficiency in the document business is proving successful, with growth in sales and earnings well above the average being recorded. Over 1,000 key account customers currently rely on solutions provided by the Bonn-based company: “Since we consolidated the Group’s KAM business at TA-CCO, we have undergone systematic expansion,” says Managing Director Frank Eismann in praise of this development. “With the new subsidiaries we can guarantee a nationwide presence for KAM customers with operations at national and international level.”
TA Triumph-Adler Corporate Consulting GmbH is synonymous with long experience and consulting competence in many industries. Frank Eismann and his team of around 200 specialists can therefore rely on the knowledge it has gleaned from over 1,800 company audits on medium-sized enterprises and listed companies from all industries. An experienced team of key account experts is on-hand to provide German and international key accounts having more than 300 employees with a professional and comprehensive service.
Each collaboration begins with an exhaustive analysis and assessment of the corporate structure, carried out free of charge. The consulting and analysis concept TOM (Total output Management) is used to determine purchasing costs, the number of systems used and the consumables required per year, amongst other things. Within four weeks, the experts present the results of their analysis together with a concept to increase efficiency in the document business. In order to combat ‘cost sinks’, TA Corporate Consulting makes use of state-of-the-art user-optimised technology. In collaboration with big-name system providers such as Microsoft and SAP, Optimal Systems and the TA-owned DocForms GmbH, TA Corporate Consulting provides its customers with customised software solutions developed using the concept name DIDO (Digital Document Organisation). Using these digital and modular DMS solutions (e.g. electronic archiving, form management, accounting software) can prove its worth in the form of cost and time savings, frequently within the space of a year.
