With the high-performance CX 8048, TA Triumph-Adler introduces a new digital wide format copying system.

The system has a copy speed of 3.3 A0 copies per minute, which corresponds to a speed of
4.8 meters per minute. Large format documents like technical drawings, blueprints or maps are printed in a resolution of up to 600 dpi.

Functions like electronic sorting, mirror and invert, as well as automatic recognition of the document size, are among the standard features of the CX 8048. Rich black surfaces, consistent grey surfaces and fine lines attest to its superior image quality.

Functions like b/w scanning and network printing, as well as an extension for a colour scanner, are optionally available. It is possible to print from all Windows-based applications. A special driver allows the user to print directly from AutoCAD technical construction applications.
There are various options for what to do with scans, such as import them directly in PDF format or store them in protected mailboxes. The CX 8048 supports the scan formats TIFF, PDF and JPG files suitable for e-mailing. It has a scan and print speed of 80 and 65 mm per second, respectively, and can process documents ranging from 279 x 210 mm to A0 in size.

The system is equipped with a user-friendly control panel with a large touch screen monitor. This can be controlled with a stylus pen and provides an image preview in real-time, detailed online support, as well as step-by-step instructions for changing the toner.
