DC 2218 and DC 2222: Digital A3 Copying and Printing Systems (November 2009)

The b/w copying and printing systems TA Triumph-Adler DC 2218 and DC 2222 are suitable for use in smaller teams and departments.


The systems copy and print 18/22 pages A4 and 8/10 pages A3 per minute. The DC 2218 and the DC 2222 process paper formats of A3 to A6R and paper weights from 45-160 g/m2. The paper capacity of 400 sheets can optionally be expanded up to 1,300 sheets.

Functions like scan once – copy many, rotation sort, margin movement or margin deletion facilitate the daily work. As a standard, the DC 2218 and the DC 2222 feature a PCL printer which offers a memory of up to 1,152 MB (standard 128 MB) as well as a 500 MHz processor.

When being equipped with the optional scan system, the DC 2218 and the DC 2222 scan up to 22 A4 pages per minute. These scanned documents are sent as e-mail or to a PC using the functions scan to e-mail and scan to PC.

The optional fax system uses a 33.6 Kbps modem. It sends faxes with JBIG within three seconds.
The DC 2218 and the DC 2222 can be equipped with a multitude of options, such as a finisher, a document processor with automatic reverse, a duplex unit, a job separator and additional 300 sheets paper cassettes.

A network card and a 40 GB printer hard disk complete the optional range of the DC 2218 and the DC 2222.
