29.05.2008: Office communication technology from TA Triumph-Adler ensures that the tournament runs smoothly

TA Triumph-Adler Baden-Württemberg GmbH, specialist for efficiency in the document business, will be on hand this week when top male tennis players from around the world take to the court for the BADEN OPEN by Rothaus, an ATP Challenger Series tennis tournament with USD 35,000 in prize money. The subsidiary of Nuremberg-based firm TA Triumph-Adler AG uses the SSC Karlsruhe site to provide the office communication technology and ensure its optimum availability for what is the second-biggest clay tournament in Baden-Württemberg.

Fellbach-Schmiden, May 29, 2008 – The tournament office of msc sports uses the latest equipment from the document business specialists. TA Triumph-Adler supplied six systems in total. The latest tournament lists and match schedules for the event can thus be printed, copied, faxed and scanned at any time. Sports reporters working at the event also benefit from the technology and logistics provided by the company. Journalists have access to TA systems in the press centre, which they can use to create high-quality printouts of match schedules, articles and photos in no time at all. High availability of these systems is absolutely essential for the smooth running of the torunament. TA Triumph-Adler therefore supplies the necessary consumables in addition to the hardware.

msc sports already has a history of close co-operation with the document business specialists. The company organises sporting events, focusing mainly on tennis tournaments, and has been a customer of TA Triumph-Adler for around a year. Using the Total Output Management (TOM) analysis and consulting concept developed in-house, the document business specialists analysed the entire document output of msc sports and devised a solution for an efficient workflow.

TA Triumph-Adler has already enjoyed a number of successes in the area of sports sponsorship. The company acted as a sponsor for the FIFA World Cup in 2006, supplying the stadia with the required office communication technology. TA Triumph-Adler has a nationwide service organisation, making it the ideal partner for major sporting events: “We have service centres throughout Germany and are therefore able to respond quickly in the event of an emergency. A total of 500 in-house system supporters ensure that the systems are available at all times,” says Robert Feldmeier, Spokesman of the Management Board of TA Triumph-Adler AG. “The organisers of course place great value on full operational capability at all times. We are well prepared to meet these requirements from working with many customers who operate across Germany.”
