‘James’ is the name of the unique new document management service concept from TA Triumph-Adler. With this concept, the specialist in efficient document business now has an even wider service offering that can be tailored to individual customer requirements. ‘James’ is the epitome of excellent service. The concept incorporates all of the services that customers need for efficient document management, including delivering the hardware, installing the software and supplying consumables.

Nuremberg, July 29, 2009 – Outstanding service is always a top priority for TA Triumph-Adler. The Nuremberg-based company is proud to be one of ‘Germany's Customer Champions’, an accolade awarded by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Qualität (DGQ – German Association for Quality). “For us, James represents the next logical step in the development of our existing services. The management service system supports professional solutions capable of meeting any customer requirements. The entire service process is expertly divided into three precisely co-ordinated steps. From the moment a customer first contacts a TA Triumph-Adler service centre through to order acceptance and right up to system support, all processes are designed to work together in perfect harmony. This means that no information is overlooked when processing orders. TA Triumph-Adler can guarantee its customers short reaction times with its 24-hour service, which operates seven days a week. 350 system supporters provide on-site service support throughout Germany, with an average travel time of around 30 minutes.

James is the perfect addition to the document business service offering of the Nuremberg-based company. In addition to the management service system, TA Triumph-Adler offers TOM (Total Output Management), an analysis and consulting concept developed by the company that enables customers to identify and unlock savings potential in output management. The DIDO (Digital Document Organisation) concept provides customised software solutions for electronic document management. These digital and modular DMS solutions (e.g. electronic archiving, form management, accounting software) can help reduce costs by around 70 per cent compared with paper-based document management.
