The new b/w multifunctional systems TA Triumph-Adler DC 2242 and DC 2252 offer productive printing, copying and scanning as well as optional faxing in an effective manner.
With a speed of 42 and 52 A4 pages and 23 and 26 A3 pages per minute respectively, a warm-up time of 30 seconds and the first page after 3.9 seconds, efficiency is just one of the outstanding features of the DC 2242 and DC 2252.
Up to 100 images can be processed per minute with the optional simultaneous duplex scanning function.
Both systems offer a paper capacity of up to 4,200 sheets, making it possible to tackle even larger jobs effortlessly. Paper formats of A6R to A3 and paper weights of up to 200 g/m2 can be processed.
Innovative and individual
The DC 2242 and the DC 2252 feature the innovative HyPAS technology. HyPAS stands for Hybrid Platform for Advanced Solutions. This technology allows user-specific applications and customisable workflows to be realised. Complex scan applications, for example, can be adapted to suit the user´s needs. Ease of use increases significantly thanks to the large, adjustable colour touch screen.
Both systems offer a great spectrum of scanning functions: scan to PC, scan to e-mail, scan to FTP, TWAIN scan, WIA scan and scan to USB as well as the subsequent convenient document management with comprehensive document box functions.
All these features are actively supported by a standard memory of 2,048 MB RAM and a hard disk capacity of 160 GB.
Professional Support up to the Finishing
Various intelligent features like job reservation, booklet mode or the aministration of management codes facilitate the daily work. The optional finisher, with its additional brochure folding module, mailbin tray and hole punch unit, opens up new possibilities for producing professionally finished output.
With the optional Super G3 fax kit, efficient faxing with automatic redialling and delayed sending is possible. For the simultaneous receipt and sending of faxes, the installation of two fax kits is possible. For complete choice, an internet fax kit is also available.
Security at its Best
The DC 2242 and DC 2252 multifunctional systems are equipped with extensive security functions like standard compression and encryption of PDF files as well as the support of security protocols such as IPsec and SSL. Encryption and hard disk data overwriting is ensured if the optional Data Security Kit is installed.
