TA Triumph-Adler Digital copier systems - DC 2016 (October 2003)

Press release October 2003

TA Triumph-Adler introduces a further digital copier system: TA Triumph-Adler DC 2016.

The system offers a compact design with measurements of 571 x 552 x 502 mm. A novel arrangement of some components enables the DC 2016 to be placed directly against the wall. The system is especially suitable for use in smaller workgroups.

The copying speed is about 16 pages DIN A4 per minute. With a warm up time of 19 seconds the system belongs to the fastest models in this segment.

Digital extras included
A lot of features already belong to the basic equipment of the DC 2016.

The electronic sorting outputs the copies directly in the desired order. By this a manual sorting becomes unnecessary. The alternated output of the copies with the rotation sorting offers the user even more survey.

When using the feature "scan once - copy many" the original is only scanned once and can afterwards be copied in the desired quantity.

Besides the standard paper capacity of 300 pages the system can be fitted with max. three more paper cassettes for 300 pages each as an option.

The standard memory of 32 MB can optional be expanded to a maximum of 160 MB.

Comfortable handling
The DC 2016 is characterized by user friedliness. Whereas the keys and panels of previous models are located on the work-surface, the DC 2016 offers them in reach of the paper output. Large keys increase the handling comfort even more.

Due to the integrated paper quantity indicator the paper volume of all cassettes can easily be controlled.

Saving of time and money
The feature "program memory" enables the user to retrieve up to ten stored copying functions and hereby to save time.

Toner consumption can be reduced by up to 30% by implementing the so-called EcoCopy mode. This is useful for creating copies of pure correspondence, for test charts or internal use.

This digital copier system will be available Mid of October 2003.
