Press Release, 23.02.2006

Larger free float assisting TA Triumph-Adler AG's return to the SDAX

Nuremberg, February 21, 2006 - The Westdeutsche Landesbank (WestLB) has announced that its share of the voting rights in TA Triumph-Adler AG has amounted to just 9.9 % since February 15, 2006.  According to its own statements, the WestLB no longer regards its participation in the Nuremberg-based company, which specializes in the document efficiency business, as strategic. TA Triumph-Adler AG has published the announcement by the WestLB and notified the Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht (Federal Financial Supervisory Authority) and Deutsche Börse AG. The resulting increase in the free float will aid the company, which is listed in the Prime Standard, in its efforts to qualify for re-admission to the SDAX.
