Industry trade journal markt intern publishes "Erfahrungsspiegel 2006" - "gold", "silver", "bronze" for copiers, fax machines and printers Nuremberg, March 16, 2006 - The wholly-owned subsidiary of TA Triumph-Adler AG, UTAX, has been voted among the top three suppliers in all product categories for the first time in this year's "Erfahrungsspiegel", the trade survey carried out by markt intern, the renowned industry trade journal, which has just been published at CeBIT. At the TA Triumph-Adler Group this division is responsible for distributing copiers, fax machines, printers and multifunctional products to German and international resellers, and accounts for just on one quarter of Group sales. These proven reseller concepts, confirmed here once again, form the basis for the expansion of the international partnership network and for above-average export growth rates. In the copier segment the company beat last year's winner by far. TA Triumph-Adler achieved a mark of 2, gaining first place in this category. In the fax machines category, the TA Triumph-Adler subsidiary was awarded silver this time, also with the outstanding mark of 2, and only 100th of a mark short of the winner. The company also took part in the printers category this year for the first time, achieving a remarkable third place with a mark of 2.22. Each product was given marks in eight to ten categories in the Erfahrungsspiegel. The TA Triumph-Adler resellers demonstrated outstanding performance in the categories of quality and punctuality of delivery, as well as in areas highlighting the cooperation between supplier and reseller, such as terms and conditions, sales policy and major corporates concept.
