Change of Chief Financial Officer at TA Triumph-Adler AG

Nuremberg, February 17, 2006 - Today, the Supervisory Board of TA Triumph-Adler AG has appointed Dr. Bernd Köhler as a new member of the Board of Management effective March 1, 2006.

As of May 1, 2006, Dr. Bernd Köhler will take over the responsibility as Chief Financial Officer from Heiko Arnold. Subsequent to the forthcoming Shareholders' Meeting scheduled for May 30, 2006, Heiko Arnold will leave the company in mutual consent for taking on a new position. Arnold held leading positions with TA Triumph-Adler since 1994 and was appointed member of the Board of Management in 2001. The supervisory Board expresses his gratitude for Arnold's successful restructuring the company from the former holding company to a leading solutions provider in the field of office communications.

Until now, Dr. Bernd Köhler served as CEO of Vogt electronic AG in Erlau, Germany. Prior to this, he held international leadership positions within the Siemens Group.
