TA Triumph-Adler Laser Fax Family: FAX 942 (July 2006)

TA Triumph-Adler is presenting a new laser fax system for multifunctional office use: FAX 942.
With the system´s integrated 33.6 kbps modem the despatch of one page DIN A4 only takes 2.5 seconds (ITU N°1). The 8 MB document memory covers 500 pages. Therefore the FAX 942 is situated also for large fax jobs.
The enter is effected with help of navigations buttons and an alphabetical keyboard. The double-spaced display shows a clear overview.
The address directory stores up to 500 names, fax numbers or e-mail addresses. The user can dial them directly. On optional address cards up to 250 numbers and addresses can be saved. By using these cards, each department can create its own distribution list.
For monitoring all functions, 99 cost centres can be set up.
As standard, the FAX 942 copies and prints 20 pages DIN A4 per minute. The memory is 64 MB, the resolution 600 x 600 dpi. The integrated scan system digitises originals for the e-mail despatch.
For double-sided output of documents an optional duplex unit is available. This unit requires a second paper cassette.
