Visinfo AG merging with TA Triumph-Adler Schweiz AG

TA Triumph-Adler AG continues to streamline the number of companies in the group, as planned

Nuremberg, August 28, 2006 – Effective September 1, 2006, Visinfo AG, Baden, Switzerland, will be merged into TA Triumph-Adler Schweiz AG, Embrach, Switzerland, to form the new TA Triumph-Adler Visinfo Schweiz AG. The new company will be headed by Christian Weigel, currently Managing Director of TA Triumph-Adler Schweiz AG.

The merger is part of the previously announced streamlining of the scope of consolidation of the TA Triumph-Adler Group. At the same time the company, which specializes in document business efficiency, is coupling this program with its own efficiency improvements through simplified processes and reducing the amount of administration.

As reported, TA Chemnitz has already been merged into TA Gera/Jena/Zwickau this year as part of this program, and TA Dresden/Leuna into TA Mitteldeutschland. The planned target structure has already been established with six major regional companies in the area covered by the old federal states.
