TA Triumph-Adler AG removes obstacle relating to refinancing
Nuremberg, July 26, 2007: One shareholder's action to set aside the capital reduction, the resolution concerning which was passed at the Shareholders' General Meeting of the company on May 23, 2007, has today been settled as part of a court hearing at the District Court of Nuremberg.
Consequently, the capital reduction, entered into the commercial register on June 19, 2007, becomes conclusively effective.
