The cloud is gaining new fans in companies every day, because it is usually a more convenient, cheaper and even safer place to store data. With Universal Print and also with TA Cloud Print and Scan, companies can now also send print jobs via the cloud, completely independent of location.
Universal Print is currently establishing itself as the standard for printing from the cloud. The offer does not require a local infrastructure and enables in-house IT to manage printers via a central portal. All you need is an internet connection and an Azure ID - Azure is Microsoft's cloud platform. Universal Print eliminates the need to install printer drivers and manages access via user groups.

Universal Print - compatible with our MFPs
This new offering is compatible with an increasing number of TA Triumph-Adler MFP models (see below) - and of course with aQrate, TA Triumph-Adler's monitoring software.
Universal Print can be implemented immediately. "Why the installation?" asks Olaf Stammer, Head of Solution and Service Portfolio Management at TA Triumph-Adler. "It's all ready to go - just sign up!" Another advantage of Universal Print is the high security standard: jobs are managed centrally in the cloud and processed in encrypted form.

Trust in the cloud
This new offering is ideally suited to a time when the biggest concern about clouds is gone. "How secure is my data in the cloud?" many companies ask themselves. Surprising answer: probably safer than on their own servers. The world's highest security standards apply in cloud data centres, which is the only way to build the necessary trust.
Once this trust is established, the advantages of the cloud become obvious. The in-house IT department is relieved, no own print server is needed and security issues can be delegated. Another advantage is that the investment costs are extremely manageable.
The following TA Triumph-Adler models support Universal Print:
2508ci and 3508ci
4008ci, 5008ci and 7008ci
5058i, 6058i and 7058i
