Information about the EU Data Act

This information is intended for users of TA Triumph-Adler's networked products and related services available in the EU.
TA sells internet-enabled multifunctional systems (MFPs) and printers. The core functions of these products include printing, copying and scanning; they are not designed for data storage or processing. However, in order to support these core functions, the devices may receive, generate and collect usage data.
Depending on the specific settings and configurations made by a user, various types of data may be received, generated, and collected during the operation of an MFP, printer, or related application from TA. Below are a few examples of this non-personal data:
  • Usage data, e.g. the number of prints, copies, scans or toner consumption;
  • Error status logs, e.g. notifications of paper jams or shortages;
If you have any specific questions about how we handle data when using certain TA devices or products, please email us directly at info@triumph-adler.net.
The terms and definitions listed in the EU Data Act apply, which you can view here.
