Why bother asking a service technician to come by? In many cases, a site visit is not even necessary and the problem can also be solved remotely - i.e. off-site. To this end, our expert TA Triumph-Adler support team is at your disposal by telephone or remote access. Our specialists are available Monday to Thursday between 8.00 and 17.00 and on Friday between 8.00 and 16.00.

How does our Live Support work?

Please confirm your order for online support so that we can help you quickly and cost-effectively. As soon as we receive the confirmation, a support staff member will start to rectify the fault.

Please note that our online support is a fee-based service that is charged per 10 minute window on the basis of the actual time spent. All prices are subject to statutory VAT.

Teamviewer

Our Teamviewer support tools allow you to start a remote PC session with one of our support staff. This way, our consultants can examine the problem without having to be on site and can make changes directly via remote access.
