Change of leadership at TA Triumph-Adler and Kyocera Document Solutions Europe Management

▪   Christopher Rheidt becomes new President of Kyocera Document Solutions Europe Management B.V. (KDEM)
▪   Dietmar Nick takes over management of TA Triumph-Adler Group

Nuremberg/Hamburg, 4 March 2026 – From 1 April 2026, Dietmar Nick will become the new managing director of the TA Triumph-Adler Group in addition to his role as CEO of Kyocera Document Solutions Germany (KDDE). He succeeds Christopher Rheidt, who will become the new president of KDEM on 1 April.

Christopher Rheidt has been Executive Vice President at KDEM since March 2024, in addition to his previous role at TA. He succeeds Takuya Marubayashi as President, who will take on a global role at Kyocera Document Solutions.

‘I am very much looking forward to my future additional role as Managing Director of the TA Triumph-Adler Group. I approach this task with great respect,’ explains Dietmar Nick. ‘I am highly motivated to successfully continue on the course we have set with the management team and my colleagues at TA.’

Dietmar Nick has been managing director of Kyocera Document Solutions Germany since 2017 and, as CEO, is responsible for the Kyocera Group's business activities in Germany and Austria. Prior to this, he held management positions in sales since 2000. From 1 April 2026, as Managing Director of TA Triumph-Adler, he will also be responsible for the development and strategy of the TA Group.

The course has been set

Dietmar Nick succeeds Christopher Rheidt, who has been with TA for around 14 years and has shaped the company as managing director since 2016. ‘I am looking forward to the new tasks and believe that TA is in the best hands with Dietmar Nick to successfully continue on the path it has taken. He knows the requirements of partners and customers, and we have been working closely and trustingly together for years,’ emphasises Christopher Rheidt.

This change in leadership is intended to further strengthen the focus on growth and customer-oriented innovation in the region. To this end, the successful brands Kyocera, TA Triumph-Adler and UTAX, as well as the proven organisational structure of the companies, will remain in place as essential cornerstones.

‘I would like to express my sincere thanks to Christopher Rheidt,’ says Nick. ‘He has guided the company through challenging times, created stability and laid important structural foundations. I will continue to build on this foundation with the TA team. I wish him every success in his new role and hope he continues to demonstrate the strategic creativity that sets him apart.’
