Nuremberg/Hamburg, November 12, 2025 – TA Triumph-Adler GmbH closed the 2024/2025 fiscal year, which ended on March 31, 2025, with total sales of €300.3 million and a profit. Compared to the previous year, this represents growth of 4.5 percent.
TA Triumph-Adler, the specialist for multifunctional systems and digital document management solutions, continued to perform successfully in the market in the past fiscal year (April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025). TA is also feeling the effects of the tense global economic situation and the shrinking German economy: above all, significant cost increases – such as higher sea freight and transport prices, increased personnel and operating costs, and additional necessary investments in security and compliance – are slowing down an even more positive development. However, the core business in particular is proving to be very robust.
Project business as a growth enabler
Direct sales increased by nearly a quarter compared to the previous year. The main reason for this growth was a significant increase in order intake, for example in the core sectors of public sector and healthcare, which contributed significantly to this success. The number of “Machines in Field” (MiF), i.e., contractually bound printing and copying systems in use by customers, also increased again. The Production Printing and ECM & ICT divisions also recorded higher sales compared to the previous year, contributing to the positive result.
The UTAX Group is experiencing a challenging 2024/2025 financial year in its indirect sales channel, particularly in exports. Despite a strong finish, results remain below expectations. Among the subsidiaries, TA Switzerland confirms its positive development and increases sales. TA Austria, on the other hand, closes slightly behind the previous year.
Christopher Rheidt: “ We will continue on our successful path”
"Due to a variety of external factors, the first half of 2024/2025 was a particularly challenging period for us. But as a team, we responded well, stayed on course, and consequently had a very strong second half of the year. This ability to focus is one of TA's great strengths. This enabled us to exceed our previous year's results while at the same time ambitiously advancing our establishment as a managed service provider for customers and partners alike. We will continue on this successful path," says Christopher Rheidt, Managing Director of TA Triumph-Adler.
So far, things are moving in the right direction, as TA Triumph-Adler once again achieved year-on-year sales growth in the first half of the current 2025/2026 fiscal year (April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026).
